Privacy Policy

When you submit an inquiry, join an interest list, or book a call, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, organization, the topic you select, and your message. If you create a Signal 90™ account, we also store your assessment responses, reflections, and progress so the product can work for you.

We collect basic, aggregated usage analytics about how pages are visited. We do not sell your information.

We use your information to reply to your inquiry, deliver the service you asked for, send the emails tied to your account or request, and improve our programs and content. Emails you receive are the ones connected to your request or account, and every message includes a way to opt out.

We use a small number of trusted providers to run PrioTempo, including hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, scheduling, payments, and AI providers used to generate feedback inside the product. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.

We keep this simple. PrioTempo uses essential browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember small preferences, such as your coaching tone setting or the fact that you have already seen our cookie notice. Without it, the product cannot function.

We also collect aggregated, non-identifying page analytics so we can see which pages are useful, including an approximate city or region derived from your internet connection. We never store IP addresses, and we do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or cross-site profiling, and we do not sell or share your information with advertisers.

You can clear this storage at any time through your browser settings. Clearing it will sign you out and reset your saved preferences.

Signal 90™ uses AI to generate reflections and coaching prompts from what you write. We do not use your content to train public AI models. See our AI transparency policy for details.

We keep inquiry records and account data for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your information at any time, and Signal 90™ account holders can delete their account from their profile settings.
